Current Technology Assurance Program

Convergent Communication Technologies was the first in the nation to provide a monthly rental program under the innovative new C-TAP program. Offerend in conjunction with Technology Assurance Group and Great America Leasing, this program takes all of the risk out of purchasing a telephone system. One monthly payment includes all costs related to servicing your phone system, the rental of your phone system, and warranty of the phone system. If you outgrow your current technology, there are provisions allowing you to upgrade to new technology without having to wait for a lease term to expire.

 

Five Star Warranty

For those who choose to purchase directly, Convergent Communication Technologies offers one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry. Many companies offer extended warranties. A majority of those do not include labor in their warranty. And none have the protections that Convergent Communication Technologies offers. We are one of a select few interconnect companies to qualify to be a member of Technology Assurance Group (TAG). Our distinction as a TAG member allows us to provide a warranty with backing from TAG, meaning that in the unlikely event that anything should happen to Convergent Communication Technologies, TAG can step in and ensure you are still covered.

Gold Seal Partner Program

The Gold Seal Maintenance Program begins where the Five Star Warranty ends, giving the customer total control over the system cost and functionality. The program offers some added values, including:

  • Priority Scheduling on service calls
  • Software networking and design
  • No cost for labor to provide software upgrades that are are available to CCT at no cost form the manufacturer
  • Annual review, inspection and backup of your telephone system
  • Replacement of defective handset cords and line cords
  • Additional customer training and user guides
  • Telephone company coordination and problem resolution
