Time Change Instructions
You must change the time from a phone with administration priveleges. This is usually going to be the main phone, extension 100 or 101. That phone must have an LCD display to make these changes.
The IPK II system is set for automatic switching for Daylight Savings Time, though with recent changes to the dates that Daylight Savings Time goes into effect, you may need to manually change the system time. From the main phone:
- Press the Speaker Key
- Press 728
- Dial two digits for the hour in 24 hour format, 13 = 1:00 PM
- Dial two digits for the minutes (00-59)
- Press Speaker to hang up.
- The clock should read the normal time.

Frequently Asked Questions
My message light is flashing but I have no voice mail messages. What can I do?
You probably had your message light inadvertantly turned on by another phone. Press SPKR and dial 773 and then hang up and this will cancel the message waiting.
